The Problem

ALBS operational knowledge lived in scattered docs, agent specs, and Franklin's head. New agents needed hours of context before being useful. No standardized way to package business domain expertise for AI consumption.

The Architecture

Designed a skill module following the Clicky skill spec — structured markdown with frontmatter, callable procedures, and reference data. Encoded 12 core ALBS workflows: client intake, tax document collection, onboarding sequencing, compliance gates, outreach playbooks, and client journey phases.

The Solution

Any Clicky-equipped AI agent can now invoke ALBS business operations knowledge on demand. New agents ramp in minutes instead of hours. Skill is version-controlled and updates propagate to all agents on next read.
