The Problem

Industrial bioconversion processes are complex, capital-intensive, and difficult to optimize without simulation. The team needed AI-driven simulation to make bioconversion marketable and investable — not just a lab experiment.

The Architecture

Joined the BioSustain team as CFO and AI infrastructure lead. Built two digital twin prototypes simulating bioconversion processes. Integrated with the existing application and business model. Structured a B2B engagement framework for international delivery.

The Solution

Two digital twin prototypes completed. Business model validated with a real customer prospect and an EU entity (Fin Nova) interested in purchasing. Project approximately 40% complete with API connections being fixed to reach 50-60%.
